Jonathan Cooke is a Shareholder in the tax division of LBMC, PC.
He has diversified experience with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, franchise/franchisor and restaurants.
Services include tax return compliance, tax planning and consulting for corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates and trusts. Jonathan is a member of the firm’s manufacturing and distribution service team as well as the firm's private companies service team. This team focuses on closely-held family businesses with their distinct tax and consulting needs. He has also provided consultation and analysis for both buyers and sellers of business.
Jonathan’s experience includes over 20 years of accounting, consulting and tax services with LBMC.
